Village of Campbellsport

Bulk items will be collected curbside starting at 7:00 A.M. on Friday, June 16, 2006.  Residents may begin placing items on the curb on Wednesday, June 14th weather permitting.

The types of items that WILL be picked up include furniture, carpeting, bedding, appliances (without Freon), and small amounts of old building materials(4’ lengths) and bundles not to exceed 50 lbs. each. Items that WILL NOT be accepted are appliances containing Freon(call a recycling salvage yard for disposal such as A & W Iron & Metal Inc., 7588 Otten Dr. Kewaskum, 262-338-8487.

Hazardous waste should be disposed of during a Fond du Lac County Clean Sweep program.

Yardwaste should be taken to the Organic Dumpster located by the Wastewater Treatment Facility, 110 Columbus Parc Court off of New Cassel St. (Hwy Y) on the East side of the Village.  Hours are Monday-Friday 7:00- 3:00 P.M. and Saturday mornings 8:00-Noon (seasonal).  Empty plastic bags into dumpster and dispose of bags in garbage can.

If any resident cannot wait for this special pick-up, they can take bulky items directly to the Transfer Station at 301 Thomas Street in Fond du Lac from 7:00-3:00 P.M. on weekdays and from 8:00 AM to Noon on Saturdays for a nominal fee.
